Jamie Erdahl, born in Bloomington, Minnesota on December 3, 1988 is one of the United States' most famous and wealthiest reporters. Jamie Erdahl has been a CBS Sports journalist since 1988. She is currently the main sideline reporter for the SEC on CBS together with Brad Nessler and Gary Danielson. Jamie has also covered the NCAA basketball regular season and March Madness on behalf of CBS/Turner. She joined the company in 2014 and has since joined CBS Sports Network as a host in the studio. Erdahl comes from Minnesota. Breck School in Bloomington is where she was born and was raised. Erdahl was a basketball and softball player at St. Olaf College. Her degree is in Broadcasting and Communications. Erdahl was the host of several shows in the time before her graduation, such as Eye on the Eagle. It was a magazine 30-minute show which featured the NBA men's team. It also was telecast in the Washington area on Comcast SportsNet Washington. Her early days being a first generation Korean immigrant she struggled with problems with her identity. While majoring in economics at University of California Riverside she began her career as a cast member in the MTV reality series The Real World: San Diego later moving into Los Angeles to try her chances at acting. After many years of struggle, and an TV mini-series titled Samurai Girl she finally got her break. Her role in Eden won her critical acclaim four years after. Today, she is a seasoned actor, appearing in numerous television and film projects. What the Chung shares the experience of a foodie, and an avid traveler through its blog. Additionally, she has an enormous fan base which is more than one million Instagram followers.
